![]() ![]() Let's select it and we'll see the Rename tool come up. Batch Rename shows up right here but you have to have the items selected first. Now when I go to File instead of Rename it says Rename 4 items. I'm going to hold the Shift key down and select the last item here so I select all these files. You'll see Rename but where's the Batch Rename Tool? Well, in order to see it you need selected multiple files. Now if you look for the Batch Rename Tool you're not going to find it right away. So I have a bunch files here with the word Info in them. This is the simplest example where I'm just going to change something in the name of a file. The functionality has been around for years but a lot of people still don't know it's there.
